About this policy

Maestro Services LLC operates Maestro and maestrogtm.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, applications, and introductory calls. Contact us at tim@maestrogtm.com with privacy questions.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, company website, monthly revenue range, ad-spend range, whether you have a target list, and any context you choose to share. We also assign an application ID and record the page and time of your application updates. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text answers.

Your application saves as you go

We save answers while you complete the form, before you submit the final step or book a call. A copy is kept in your browser so you can return to it. Server copies help us review and respond to applications, including incomplete applications.

How we use information

We use your information to review your business and goals, respond to your inquiry, arrange and prepare for calls, provide requested services, maintain our records, and protect the website from misuse. Applying does not create a paid-service agreement.

Booking and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores application records. When you open the calendar, we send your contact information and application answers to Cal.com to prefill the booking. Some answers are hidden from the booking form but are still included as booking fields. Calendar and meeting providers process information needed to schedule and run the meeting. These providers may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.

Browser storage and video

The site uses browser local storage to retain your application. If you use the copy editor, it also stores your copy draft locally. You can remove these records by clearing this site’s browser data; that does not delete records already sent to us. The page loads a video thumbnail from YouTube and loads the YouTube player when you play the video. Google may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies when that content loads.

Other disclosures

We may disclose information when needed to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or safety, or address fraud or misuse. Information may also be transferred as part of a business sale or reorganization, subject to applicable law. We do not publish your application answers on the website.

How long we keep information

The current application store expires a record 90 days after its latest save. Browser drafts remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. Booking records, correspondence, and any later client records are separate and may be retained as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing tim@maestrogtm.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

International processing and security

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, applicable legal safeguards must apply to those transfers. We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.

Children and client data

This website is intended for adult business users, not children. Please contact us if a child has provided personal information. If we process account or contact lists for a client’s advertising campaigns, the service agreement and any applicable data-processing terms govern that work; this website policy does not replace those terms.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

Meta advertising and your choice

If you allow tracking, we save incoming URL parameters, including campaign tags and advertising click IDs, along with the landing page, referring page, and visit time. We retain your first visit, latest campaign visit, and latest visit in this browser for up to 90 days after the latest visit, and attach them to your application. Duplicate parameter values are preserved; very long URLs are capped at 8,192 characters. Declining tracking clears this separate browser attribution record and stops it being attached to future saves.

If you allow tracking, we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits and completed applications and support ad targeting. Meta receives event activity, browser and network information, and advertising cookie identifiers. When you complete an application, we also send a hashed version of your email for matching. Hashing does not make information anonymous. We do not send your revenue, ad spend, phone number, or free-text answers to Meta through this integration.

You can decline or change your choice using Tracking preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect applying or booking. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling this tracking. Your preference cookie lasts six months. Meta processes information under its privacy policy. Depending on your location, this activity may constitute sharing for targeted advertising; declining opts you out of this integration.

Leadpipe visitor identification

If you allow tracking, Leadpipe and its data partners process visit and device information to help identify businesses and business visitors interested in Maestro. Its scripts may use cookies or similar identifiers and process information such as IP address, page visits, browser language, and time zone. We use the resulting information to understand interest in our services and support business follow-up. You can decline or withdraw this tracking using Tracking preferences in the footer. Global Privacy Control also prevents it from loading. Withdrawing consent stops future collection through this integration; it does not automatically delete information already received. Contact tim@maestrogtm.com to request deletion.

LinkedIn advertising

If you allow tracking, the LinkedIn Insight Tag collects visit and device information, including page visits, IP address, and browser details. LinkedIn may use cookies and match visits to members to measure ads and build advertising audiences. Completed applications also send LinkedIn a hashed email, conversion time, event ID, and LinkedIn click identifier when available. We do not send application revenue, ad-spend answers, phone numbers, or free-text context through this integration. You can opt out using Tracking preferences; Global Privacy Control also prevents this tracking. See LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

Google Analytics

If you allow tracking, Google Analytics measures page visits and completed applications using browser identifiers and event information. We send selected campaign tags, but strip query parameters from the page and referring URLs sent to Analytics. We do not send application answers, email addresses, phone numbers, or hashed contact details to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration. You can decline or withdraw using Tracking preferences; Global Privacy Control also prevents it from loading. See Google’s privacy policy.

Optional text messages

If you opt in, we use your phone number to send Demand Gen Roast scheduling messages, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We record your consent choice, the consent wording and version, and the time it was saved. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers solely to deliver and manage these messages. Reply STOP to opt out. For help, reply HELP or email tim@maestrogtm.com.
