MAESTRO ยท REPORTING WORKSHEET
Build your LinkedIn ads report
Keep delivery, attributed conversions and CRM outcomes distinct. Calculate the supported totals and identify the records that need checking.
Your inputs stay in this browser tab. No uploads, connections or local storage. Downloads stay on your device.
1. Choose a starting point
Loading or resetting replaces the current inputs. Export your work first if you want to keep it. Native LinkedIn CSV is not supported: use the Maestro normalization guide.
2. Define the report
3. Add or edit your records
Use stable IDs, not names or emails. Edit the complete normalized JSON below, then apply it. You can report a second business by changing scope and rows here or importing a new JSON file. null means unknown.
Record format and important rules
Delivery: one row per ad set for the full period. People: unique person_id, acquisition_date, qualified true/false/null, and source_ref. Opportunities: unique opportunity_id, linked_person_ids array, created_date, amount or null, currency, status and source_ref; won/lost also need closed_date.
Duplicates are flagged and all copies excluded until resolved. Do not combine daily totals with full-period totals. See the worked JSON, blank JSON and field guide.
Malformed input leaves the last valid report intact. Missing scope may be saved as a held report.
4. Review the evidence
Different units, different dates

Platform conversions minus CRM people is not a lost-lead count. This worksheet has no matched platform event identities. The two views cannot be additively reconciled.

5. Save your review
Exports include source completeness, definitions and unresolved questions. Reimport recalculates results; this is not a signed or independently verified receipt.
