Reach the exact people sales wants
We start with your named accounts and contacts, enrich the identities required by each platform, and sync matched audiences to LinkedIn and Meta.
Maestro is a 90-day managed paid-media program for PE- and VC-backed B2B companies. We turn your sales list into LinkedIn and Meta audiences, run founder-led ads, and optimize toward qualified meetings and pipeline.

Marketing targets broad categories and reports clicks. Sales works a named account list and needs meetings and pipeline. Neither side can see or improve the full journey.
Job titles, industries, interests and lookalikes.
Creative that looks nothing like the content buyers trust.
Traffic arrives, but Sales cannot tell who is interested.
Marketing warms one audience and optimizes for cheap leads. Sales works another list and has no idea who is engaging. Nothing gets smarter.
The sales list becomes the paid audience. Founder content becomes the message. Engagement and qualified meetings flow back to sales through the CRM.
Maestro keeps sales and marketing playing from the same sheet: the same contact list, the same message, and the same signals.
We start with your named accounts and contacts, enrich the identities required by each platform, and sync matched audiences to LinkedIn and Meta.
We amplify executive posts with LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads and turn the same point of view into founder video, clear statics, and targeted Meta campaigns.
We build the conversion path, feed qualified-meeting data back to the platforms, and surface engagement in your CRM so sales can follow up at the right time.
Maestro keeps sales and marketing working from the same source material. AI helps adapt and produce the creative; the point of view and judgment stay human.
Put a real executive post in front of the exact contacts sales wants to reach.
Turn the same point of view into direct, human video that builds familiarity.
Explain the product or mechanism with a clear, tightly produced visual demonstration.
Translate the core message into a sharp visual that works without sound.
Illustrative format examples—not client campaigns or results.
We build the audience, ads, conversion path, measurement, and operating system—in that order.
We define the accounts, buying roles, and contacts your sales team actually wants to reach. No broad audience gets substituted for the real list.
We enrich each contact with the identity data the platforms use, create the matched audiences, sync them to LinkedIn and Meta, and report matched reach.
We select or help shape the strongest executive posts for LinkedIn, then create founder-led video, AI-assisted walkthroughs, and static ads for Meta.
We test native Instant Forms against a focused landing page and booking flow instead of assuming which funnel will win.
Clicks and engagement become visible to sales. Qualified booked meetings—not just form fills—become the conversion signal sent back to LinkedIn and Meta.
We shift spend toward the messages and paths that produce qualified interest. You see spend, reach, creative, meetings, and pipeline—and keep the operating system after 90 days.
These are the business outcomes we track from your baseline. They are the standard we optimize toward—not guaranteed results.
Track whether direct ad response turns into meetings with the right accounts—not just form fills.
Compare contacts receiving paid air cover with a holdout group when the audience is large enough.
Look for prospects arriving with more context about the problem, point of view, and offer.
Measure whether continued education helps more open opportunities turn into customers.
Track whether greater familiarity helps shorten the sales cycle.
Measure whether the same named audience creates more qualified pipeline.
The offer is new. The experience behind it is not.
I came up through MuteSix and managed more than $100M in paid media in the DTC world, where every click had to earn its keep. Then I built my own agency to roughly $300K per month—100% through LinkedIn—and sold it for seven figures in October 2022.
For the last few years, I have helped more than 300 B2B founders and agency owners improve their positioning, content, sales, and client acquisition. That taught me why founder-led content creates trust in a way polished company ads rarely do.
Maestro brings those lessons together: DTC performance discipline, LinkedIn-native founder content, and modern contact-level audience matching. The result is a paid system built around the people sales actually wants—not anonymous traffic.
From Tim's previous LinkedIn, growth, and agency advisory work—not results from the new Maestro paid-media offer.
“The important thing is the number of booked calls into my calendar with qualified leads. I'm really fully booked at the moment—almost too booked—with loads of leads coming in through my LinkedIn directly.”
“A lead gen system that gets me leads that are already half closed because of my content.”
“Because Tim's owned his own agency and sold it, he's got very nuanced, different ideas that you haven't heard before.”
“He gives you very clear, very specific things to go after. He just knows how to identify problems and make you want to trust him.”
“Over the course of the program with Tim I doubled revenue in about two months. Since then we've been growing a lot.”
“Since taking the course, LinkedIn has become a lead gen source for us, which is awesome. It was nothing before.”
“Tim's hands-on approach and the actionable tips he shares are second to none.”
“Tim's insights are actionable, the videos are concise, and the exercises are relevant, fun, and reinforce the learnings.”
Starts at $5,000 per month in fees, plus at least $10,000 per month in media spend.

B2B companies with a $50k+ ACV and at least 1 salesperson who is good at closing deals.
We need access to your target-account or contact list, LinkedIn and Meta ad accounts, CRM and tracking setup, and a fast approval path. A founder or executive should contribute the point of view and approve creative. Most weeks, your team should expect one focused working session plus approvals.
The engagement starts at $5,000 per month in fees, plus a minimum of $10,000 per month in media spend paid directly to the ad platforms. The initial commitment is 90 days, so the minimum total investment is $45,000: $15,000 in fees and $30,000 in media.
The goal is to launch the first audience and campaigns in 14 days. Timing depends on list quality, account access, tracking readiness, approvals, and how quickly we can obtain usable founder or executive content.
We stop treating paid media as a separate lead-generation channel. The same named contacts sales wants become the audience, founder and executive content becomes the creative, qualified meetings become the optimization signal, and engagement becomes visible in the CRM.
Ideally, your founders are posting at least 3 times a week on LinkedIn. If that is not already happening, we can connect you with partners who can help you spin that up, or give you some practical tips for making it happen.
The system is built around custom audiences created from your target list, with automated audience expansion disabled wherever the platforms allow it. Actual delivery still depends on identity matching, platform rules, and minimum audience requirements, so we will report matched reach rather than promise literal 100% delivery.
We track media performance, matched reach, clicks, form submissions, booked meetings, qualified meetings, and pipeline movement. The key question is not how many cheap leads we generated; it is whether the right accounts engaged, booked, and moved faster.
You keep the audience structure, campaign setup, creative system, landing-page assets, tracking, and reporting foundation. Your team can take it in-house or we can agree on an ongoing management scope based on what the first 90 days taught us.
Apply for one of five founding-partner spots. We will look at your list, economics, sales motion, and current paid setup before recommending a plan.
The coaching community is a better place to strengthen your positioning, outbound, and founder-led growth before investing in Maestro.
