| 0:00–0:08 | Campaign and mode | Name the campaign, review mode and decision question. | Record ID, mode, fictional/redacted |

| 0:55–1:07 | Decision | Show the first matching outcome and its reason. | Decision, reason and provenance |
| 1:07–1:15 | Next action | Read the named action, owner and review cutoff. | Next action, owner, cutoff |

## Script draft

Write one complete sentence for each row. Keep the script below 190 words so the viewer has time to read the named field. Explain unavailable evidence as `Unknown`; never narrate it as zero.

## Recording rules

1. Record the finished workspace or accepted export. Do not animate a result that the evaluator did not produce.
2. Show one record and one revision. Do not splice counts, receipts or decisions from different campaigns.
3. Say “fictional example” on screen and aloud when the record is synthetic.
4. Call the enabled prospective arm **Mixed placement**. Do not call it Audience Network-only.
5. Keep campaign-level CRM separate from placement-joined CRM.
6. A control is applied only when a dated receipt covers the reviewed delivery period.
7. Preserve the buyer's exact rule and cutoff. Do not move the cutoff after seeing the result.
8. Remove names, contact details, raw CRM rows, credentials, account IDs and signed links.

## Review checklist

- [ ] The record ID, revision and visible values match the accepted JSON export.
- [ ] The mode, decision, reason and next action match the shared evaluator.
- [ ] Platform delivery and CRM outcomes remain in separate lanes until the join is shown.
- [ ] Coverage uses the displayed joined and eligible counts; a zero denominator stays unavailable.
- [ ] The publisher snapshot and applied-control effective period are visible.
- [ ] The buyer rule includes an accepted or qualified CRM outcome, not CPC or CTR alone.
- [ ] Every open request keeps the same request ID, field, owner and action as the export.
- [ ] The script contains no invented benchmark, owner opinion or client result.
- [ ] The final video was played from start to finish with audio.
- [ ] Captions match the final audio and the poster frame shows the decision and next action.
