### REQ-AUTH — authorization
Current LaunchPoint service status, authorized LinkedIn user reference, authorization date, and evidence that it remains current. Reauthorize only through an authorized operator.

After authorization, submit one permitted test; capture timestamp/timezone, exact form/account, Test Lead = TRUE, ad/ad-set IDs when available, and a controlled reference to the source row.

Read back the exact Marketo person reference, mapped fields and Fills Out LinkedIn Lead Gen Form activity at the test timestamp.

### REQ-RECON — reconciliation
Provide submitted, connector-observed, person/activity, membership, routed, duplicate and unresolved counts for one exact cohort and cutoff. Person/activity means distinct people represented in the cohort. Duplicate means only additional source submissions after the first for a person already represented in that cohort; a pre-existing person is not a duplicate by itself. Attach dated evidence per count; preserve blank, Unknown and known zero.

## Population reconciliation
Use the same form, ad account, cohort, cutoff start/end and timezone for every row. Record these six values in each row's `evidence_scope` object. Keep blank, literal `Unknown`, and an evidenced integer zero distinct. A known count requires a nonnegative integer, evidence reference, allowed evidence type and capture timestamp. Do not sum incompatible populations.

Allowed states: `KNOWN`, `UNKNOWN`, `BLANK`. Known values require exact dated evidence; Unknown and Blank values must be `null`. `connector_observed` may be Unknown only when the evidence says no separate connector receipt is available.

## Evidence item shape
Each evidence item must provide `evidence_ref`, `evidence_type`, `captured_at`, `supports` and `note`. Allowed types are `native_readback`, `native_receipt`, `source_report`, `operator_note`, `documented_source` and `fictional_example_receipt` only when `example_only` is true. Public documentation supports setup instructions only; it cannot prove account authorization, lead receipt, membership or routing.

Evaluator commands from the packet root: `python3 marketo-integration-checker.py RECORD.json` or `node marketo-integration-checker.mjs RECORD.json`; add `--phase draft|launch|post_test` before the record path to override the record phase.
