# Lead follow-up checklist document ad

This package contains an original eight-page, square document for a hypothetical B2B campaign. Cedarfield Systems is fictional. The example shows a proposed process, not a customer case study or measured result.

## Files

- `output/lead-follow-up-worked-example.pptx` - completed example. Every headline, instruction and example is editable PowerPoint text.
- `output/lead-follow-up-worked-example.pdf` - PDF exported from the completed PowerPoint. Use it to review the pages or as the proposed document asset after you verify delivery.
- `output/lead-follow-up-blank-editable.pptx` - instructional working copy. Replace each **YOUR ANSWER** paragraph with what your own form test shows.
- `planning-worksheet.md` - filled campaign plan and a blank copy for adapting the document, ad, form, delivery and follow-up.
- `previews/page-1.jpg` through `previews/page-8.jpg` - lightweight, readable previews of every page in the completed PDF.

The PowerPoint files are ordinary editable `.pptx` documents. No Canva account or add-in is needed to change the text.

## Make your version

1. Open the blank PowerPoint file. Replace the cover promise and each **YOUR ANSWER** paragraph. Keep one question and one check on each page. Use a test submission as your evidence rather than assuming that a form integration works.
2. Update the form promise, resource name, routing teams and first message. A resource request can stay with marketing. Send a sales alert only when the request or another agreed qualification rule calls for one.
3. Review the deck at phone size. Check that the question and the check remain readable, the example has no clipped lines, and every link in the final PDF opens without a company login.
4. Export a PDF from PowerPoint with **File → Export → Create PDF/XPS** (Windows) or **File → Save As → PDF** (Mac). In LibreOffice, choose **File → Export As → Export as PDF**. Open the exported PDF and inspect all eight pages.
5. Complete the worksheet before campaign setup. If you choose a Lead Gen Form, test the confirmation page, the accessible PDF URL, the contact record, routing and first reply with a real test submission. Recheck LinkedIn's current document and form requirements in Campaign Manager before launch.

The document itself works as a short ungated resource. If you gate it, plan enough preview pages to show the actual checklist before the form and deliver the full PDF immediately after submission. The worksheet proposes four preview pages for this example; that is a plan to confirm in the current ad setup, not a platform guarantee.

## Example sequence

The worked deck checks the form promise, record context, asset delivery, routing owner, first reply, outcome evidence and one repair. Its fictional guide request stays with marketing. A separate contact request enters a sales queue. This is one possible route; replace it with the route your own request types require.
