## Monthly workload

| Field | Requirement | Priority | Owner | Due date |

| New concepts | Four audience-plus-angle concepts | Must have | Partner | Monthly |
| Iterations per concept | All six hook-treatment combinations: three hooks × two visual treatments | Should have | Partner | Monthly |
| Static formats | 1:1 and 4:5 for approved concepts | Must have | Partner | Per delivery |
| Video formats | 1:1 and 9:16, 6–20 seconds, captioned | Must have | Partner | Per delivery |
| Copy variations | Two opening lines and one approved body per concept | Should have | Partner | Per delivery |

- Usage rights: worldwide paid and organic digital use; third-party exceptions listed.
- AI restrictions: no client data or unreleased product material used for model training.
- Delivery: client-controlled drive.
- Naming: `segment_angle_hook_treatment_format_duration_v##`.
- Version history: delivery sheet maps every export to its source and approval state.
- Offboarding: all current source files, linked assets, license ledger and delivery sheet transferred within ten business days.

## Measurement handoff

- Stable creative ID: filename stem excluding only the version number, so hook, treatment, format and duration remain distinct.
- Media owner: client paid-media manager.
- Results returned: spend, impressions, clicks and the agreed downstream outcome by creative ID.
- Review cadence: weekly operating review; monthly concept review.
- Attribution limit: platform and CRM signals are directional and must keep their source/window labels.
- Result that changes the next brief: adequate delivery plus the agreed outcome versus the team's current decision threshold.
- Owner of the next brief: client demand lead with partner creative strategist.

## Commercial bounds

- Production fee: candidate must price this exact sample month.
- Software: separated from the fee.
- Pass-through costs: pre-approved stock, talent or location costs only.
- Overage: written unit or change-order price.
- Minimum term: three months maximum for the initial engagement.
- Cancellation: 30-day notice after the initial term; source transfer survives termination.
